    Arginine causing cold sores?!?

    Hello, I have taking White Flood for three weeks now and have been loving it, however I've noticed I keep getting recurring cold sores and have learned that the amino acid L-Arginine can be partially responsible. My question is are there any (good) pre-workout supps that do NOT contain Arginine?? Thanks!

    PREdator by beast nutrition is a great product. im not usually effected by stims but i swear that stuff is great.

    I have not tried CREature yet but i am sure it would stack great with it.

    lol people can get cold sores from their parents or siblings...lol the vast majority of people in the world(over 75-80%) have at least one form of herpes. however not all people show symptoms. simple as that
