I have tried salvia a couple of times. First time felt like good weed for the five minutes or so and then tapered off.
Second time?..... Worse than LSD, Mushrooms, Mescalin - all of it. I basically "died" and then came back. Felt like an eternity. Cant fully explain it up until this day. It was an out of body experience.
I highly reccomend not smoking it and instead doing it the way it was meant to be done (by the native americans.) They would roll a ball of fresh leaves and chew it - the trip lasts about 40 minutes or so and it has a slow build-up as opposed to getting thrown off the cliff.
If you have never done a hallucinogen before - do NOT start with Salvia.
