    Labrada has the best ones.

The Oh Yeah ones are pretty good too. Go with chocolate if you get Oh Yeah and Banana if you do Labrada.

Honestly when dealing with RTDs you won't get a better deal anywhere online as you would just going to a store in real life to pick them up. Shipping prices kill RTD sales online (although I'm not sure if there is at some point a "shipping cap" on large orders.

I buy all my protein RTDs in store and get them the same day for about the same price I would pay to get them shipped to me.

Yeah I also fear getting something "spoiled" once as I did with a batch of Muscle Milk RTD's.....I wanted to yak up my guts after taking a swig. Turns out something was wrong with the batch I received. I'll stick with picking them up in person. I wish "Costco" or another wholesale chain carried these.

Sams club has MM cases as well. I'm sure they're about the same price as Costco. Usually only have chocolate, but if you want them just for the convenience, you probably don't care.

Another vote for Labrada. But if you're on budget, check out True Protein--they have RTD's 50g 12-pack for $25. I haven't tried so can't comment on taste, but the profile looks decent.

Ingredients: Whey Protein Isolate Cold-Filtration, Whey Protein Isolate Ion-Exchange, Hydrolyzed Whey Protein High Grade, L-Glutamine, Taurine, Artificial and Natural Flavors/Colors, Sucralose, Acesulfame K

I like ABB: Mass Recovery and Pure Pro, I think they're $3.00 at my local Max Muscle. I think both have 30g of protein and the Mass Recovery also has 60g of carbs I think. If I remember correctly whey isolate is the main or only protein in them, but I'm not 100% sure. I like the Muscle Milk RTDs but they have a little bit of a funny taste to me but it doesn't really bother me. I also like the EAS: Edge RTDs, I get these at Wal Mart for $5.00 for a four pack but each one only has 17g of protein. I personaly drink two post workout when I have to use them post work out. If I drink it as a meal replacement I'll also drink a glass of milk with it. I think Wal Mart also has them in eight packs for $8.00, it might be a six pack. I'm not 100% sure on the price because I haven't bought any in months.

I'm actually tempted even though I never need RTD's. And $10 shipping on four (48) is not bad at all consider the nature of the content. He can also sell it to his members.
i take it for granted that no hearer of mine will misinterpret what I have to say as the language of cynicism

Yeah, if he's going for a profit an RTD bought at that price will lead him to some pretty big gains.

Of course I prefer drinking them, but hey what can you do?

Yeah, 10 dollar shipped on those make me feel like I did something illegal, lol.

Ah, haven't seen the mass one. That sounds pretty good. Do they have it in the same flavors or different ones?
