routine help
Hi
Im changing routine, can you let me know if this 4 day split looks ok please.
Legs - squat, lunges, good mornings, calf raises, good mornings, deadlift
chest/tricep - bench, inclined bench, dumbell fly, close grip bench, tricep extensions, skull crushers
back/biceps - bent over row, cambered row, weighted supine row, curls, hammer curl
delts/traps - shoulder press, front raise, behind the neck press, dumbell lateral, dumbell shoulder press, sit ups
