fat problem
i use to weigh 250 like 10 years ago and started to gain weight as i started to lift weights....which i thought was great.....but the belly fat was NOT.
i work at night and go to bed at 6am ..get up at 12pm and eat my first meal....it is a full meal.....meat, veggies..etc never go out to eat no mcdonalds......so then i go to the gym and lift heavy weights...do cardio....drink nothing but water.....always water,, no sodas...ever. then i eat again...... dont eat anything after 7pm.....go back to work.....i am now up to 309. why??
the last two weeks i have watched my weight gain every two days!!!! im 6'3 but still want the belly fat to go....but now i am very worried about the unexplained weight gain. any help??? thanks
