Hey all. I'm looking for some recommendations on what supplement might be best for an energy/endurance boost during workout. I'm currently taking Opti-women as a muti and ON 100% Whey post workout. I've read about purple wraath and white flood and was considering them. I was wondering if there are any other recommendations for women out there.
Just dont go for products that say "formulated for women" that cost extra. Other than that any supplements that work for guys on here should work for you.
