    Post When is it safe to workout again after Apendicitis

    Hallo,

    I had an appendectomy 6 weeks ago (laproscoptic).
    When I asked the surgeon about going to gym again, first he said after 4 weeks and I asked him if I am allowed to carry normal (as I was before the surgery) and he answered that I have to wait then 8 weeks.
    My question is when is it safe again to workout from any personal experience or if you know.
