How do I meet ppl? Im VERY shy when sober.

Im in a JR College but I dont really know anyone. I just go to class and then leave as opposed to when I wasinUniversity last yearand I didnt go to class at all but was always drinking and hanging out with loads of ppl.

You should try to lift ridiculously heavy weights (benching is a great start) when you're getting drunk by yourself.

Buy a pint. Watch a baseball game and every time someone gets on base you take a shot ! Sometimes your wasted by the 2nd inning though.

Cause back in July 08 I wanted nutrition help, to go with my cardio, and between July08 and Oct08 I had lost 65lbs and now IM working on losing about 40 more.
