i bench more than i squat no joke... i maxed 265 on bench today and my squat is around 200 im like 6'3 and extremely unflexible (i can nowhere near touch my toes) could this be why? dont give me the 'ur a pussy' bull**** im not interested in takeing jip from mostly people who bench less theres probably a logical explanation as to why but i dont know it?

Lifts
Squat: 155k (341 pounds)
Deadlift: 140k (308 pounds)
Bench Press: 102.5k (225.5 pounds)
Qualifications
Reps level 2 qualified gym instructor
Reps level 3 qualified personal trainer
Degree in sport science (in the process of completing)

Your like me, me legs ****in suck, I hate working them, hate squats, when I deadlift it hurts my back, try lunges man, I tried them on Friday for my 1st time and man, my legs were soar the next day (In a good way). Try them and see how you get on.

My upper-body was a good bit stronger than my lower-body until last year (265 bench, 245 squat back in March). Honestly, man.. You just gotta do them. Get under the bar and Squat.
I really didn't see great gains until I worked on my form. At home, without weight, do body-weight squats and try to get as low as possible. Do like sets of 20 or until you feel like you had a good stretch. And of course, make sure to stretch hamstrings and hipflexors.
By the way, if you can manage to go ATG.. don't skimp out.
