Hey guys, I've been lurking these forums for a little while and finally decided to create an account. Anyhow I've been a pretty dedicated lifter for a few years and now I'm trying to get more serious about my nutrition and supplements.
What I do is take 2 scoops of ON Whey immediately after my work out (35 minutes of cardio, hour of weights) and an EAS Myoplex Original shake (again, with water) about 3 hours after my work out. What's the general consensus on the EAS products? Is there something else I could be substituting that with?

you should just take 2 scoops of ON whey after ur workout with some carbs, like throw 2 banana's into the blender with 2 scoops of whey. you want the carbs right after ur workout.
after that shake u should have a meal, not another shake
do you do cardio before weights? i would switch that up so you can have more intensity lifting
edit:
for casein: i like dymatize elite 12 hour whey, you can get coupon to vitamin shoppe for 20% off also. they have more flavors than bb.com also
and like the post above me says, yeah take casein before bed. def not needed, but it helps me i believe.

I eat a banana with my protein shake and sometimes a protein bar in between the protein and myo but not usually. The problem is I'm at school all afternoon so I just take a packet of myoplex and mix it quick in between classes.
If I start doing my cardio after my weights how do I incorporate the protein shake? Because shouldn't I have my shake immediately after the weights or it doesn't matter if it's after 35 minutes of cardio as well?

Take the protein shake after your complete workout. If you're really cocerned you can look into intra supplements.(supps to drink during workout, ie..purple wrath, etc) Personally I wouldnt worry about it though. You do need a solid meal 1- 1 1/2 hrs. post workout though (3 hours is a bit of a stretch.) If you cant get real food due to scheduling, any mrp shake will do. Most mrps are expensive though, you can just as easy make your own. I have a link for just that, give me one second.

Heres a quick home made mrp shake. You can tailor it any way you see fit. Just get it in 1- 1 1/2 hrs max. after your workout. Also, try to make sure you have a good preworkout meal. (or shake)
