    Friday workouts and drinking?

    if i do a hard chest workout on friday and then take size on then go out drinking will my work today just cancell out?

    If your training and diet are on point during the week, there's abolsutely no reason not to indulge yourself during weekends...live a little.

    I would keep the alcohol intake low if you drink the same day you take a serving of size on. The reason is because it puts a ton of strain on your liver and kidneys.

    guy on my course at uni 6.4 % b f mesomorph ripped as **** bout 88 kgs drinks 3 times a week,

    but thts just him know ur limits lol.

    it depends on the person.. but it dehydrates you and ultimately leads to fat gain.. it will hurt your recovery time if you drink too much. a little bit shouldnt hurt
