if i do a hard chest workout on friday and then take size on then go out drinking will my work today just cancell out?

Go out and drink a few beers and enjoy them.
If your training and diet are on point during the week, there's abolsutely no reason not to indulge yourself during weekends...live a little.Consistency is the key ingredient to success. There are no magic formulas or secret tips. Just work hard, and let nobody tell you that you can't do it!
