Goals

Injuries you ask?
About four months ago my knee popped out of socket playing basketball and strained/sprained several ligments. Also, approximately a month ago I got into an accident on my bike. Hit the cement at around forty mph.

Training
Its going to vary. Kind of playing it by ear in response to how my body handles exercise.

Diet
I'll be eating pretty clean. Never been into counting calorie intake. I have lost weight in the past efficiently so Im not worried about this. If pounds arent coming off or my waist is sufficiently losing inches. Then we can examine my daily diet.

I started dosing the evening of February 4. Since then I have really felt the alpha male syndrome. Liking it so far. Waiting to see when it really kicks in. Thoughts
Felt pretty good until I got to the front raises. After the first set I only used the left arm. I could feel some extra soreness/pain in my front delt. So I figured I'll leave that part alone for awhile. My left side needs more work than the right anyhow. Now I just have more of a reason to get more symmetry.

Is there a difference in taking this with or without food? On the bottle, it says to dose in the AM and in the PM. But not whether or not to take it with food or not.

Stoked and POST Cycle Support contain piperine, which will help with the absorption of the ingredients in the intestine. I will say either or will suffice, but I'm open to listening to anybody that suggests one way or the other along with an explanation.

Felt pretty decent through the workout. Still getting reacclimated to working out while paying attention to not aggravate the previous shoulder injury. It'll be nice to get back to using a little more weight. Ive never been really strong but Im definitely not used to being this weak.

Not yet to this point. But, I'll be testing my knee with some light cardio and I'll take it from there. I'll find out Sunday how me knee holds up at the Daytona 500. Damn near a cardio session just going there.

Not much to say here. Hopped on the AB Lounge for a couple of quick sets before work. This weekend is pretty busy for me with Valentine's Day and the Daytona 500 wrapped up together. Still got that Alpha feeling and what seems to be maybe less patience for bs. Some stuff that normally happens at work got me kind of mad and I went silent with angry. Which me being like that was weird. Not sure if this is a side effect or just an anomaly from the norm.

Quick update. I did a Lat workout Saturday night and I'll post the details of that later on today. I went to the Daytona 500 Sunday so working out and everything took a back seat. However, during this time I can say STOKED finally kicked in. Screw all that Alpha Male bs I was talking. It gets better. I will definitely be buying some more of this. I only hope the BB.COM sale extends until payday. I guess what Im feeling is a test increase. All I know is that I feel like Im a super version of myself. What really confirmed it was coworkers noticing my attitude and performance at work. The added confidence is so sweet. Chicks notice it as well. Ive been asking people the last few days when does it kick in and what does it feel like and blah blah. I was getting real skeptical. I knew I felt Alpha Male. But a freakin 6 pack could do that as well as far as I was concerned. Its a little different of a thought process now. I thought I would try a ph/ds sometime this year and now I have completely turned my attention to test boosters. I wish I knew more logistics into whats happening. But I do know one thing, it working.

Really see how weak Ive gotten during this workout. Right front delt was an issue so I more worked on the form of the exercises in conjunction while trying to asses my shoulder. No workouts to speak of. Getting blasted at work doing not having anydays off plus overall was really sore until today. Hopefully I'll catch a workout here soon. Still feel really great. My bottle is getting closer to the bottom but Im about to get paid so I'll fix that problem soon. I love the all day feeling of being on top of the world. Bad ass product.

Some aggression. Not much. But two instances where there was provacation and usually I play it off cause its at work. Instead I in turn called the guy out. Besides that, nothing.

Ive gained a 1/2 inch on my arms and lost a 1/2 inch on my waist while dropping 6 lbs. This has been over the course of 3 weeks. My diet has been pretty good while my training has been pretty steady. This week I plan on incorporating some cardio my knee seems to be responding well to light cardio, and I mean light. Not even breaking a sweat kind of cardio. I seem to be handling all movements well so time to increase my training.
