For the hard gainer
I saw this guy about 8 months ago working out in the gym. I swear he looked like he just stepped out of a concentration camp. He was waiting for the 25lb barbell I was using and when I handed to him he almost dropped it.
Today I saw him working out I couldn't freaking believe my eyes he LOOKED MARVELOUS veins popping muscles popping beefed up a bit!!!
I just had to mention it to him how great he looked. I mean he deserves it I know how hard he has worked and it shows.
He was beaming and laughing Thank you Thank you . I actually have gained 15 kbs he said then he reminded me of the barbell incident and we laughed as he was picking up 50lbs dumbbells!!!
Its hard to lose lbs I know but equally difficult when the problem goes the other way sometimes I think it may even be harder. I just had to mention this becaause I know there are guys on here waiting for this to happen and I know it can and does.
All the best

I could have been that guy. It's a genuine thrill for us skinny guys to finally have a muscle or two to fill out a shirt. It's even better when someone else notices.

That was really nice of you to say that. Comments like that from the ladies make me walk on air afterward.

You have an incredible heart. As one of those perpetual hard gainers, I can tell you that someone noticing improvement in your body is about the best thing that can happen. You just motivated that guy for another 8 months!

My goal is to look like a hard gainer!
That's cool what that guy did, I know it's tough for you guys to gain muscle.
I would give you some of mine if you would take some of my fat too! lol

That was very nice of you. I probably would be on cloud nine for like a month if that happened to me.
The only comments I get lately seem to be from dudes asking me if I can hook them up.

TORA: honey, let him pick up all the 50 pound DBs he wants, because he could never, ever, look like this:
on the more serious side, looking at your arm photo:
you have some great size there for a relatively small gal.......
do yourself a great favor and don't compare yourself physiologically and structurally to men in the gym......compare yourself to your peers , always......

Nice of you to say that, I'm sure he appreciated it.
