so monday, wed, friday i lift at about 6pm...tues, thurs i lift at 7 am..
evening lifts i do 1 cap morning, 2 pre, 1 post
how should i take morning dosing...2 pre, 1 post, 1 later in the day?

Dont mean to thread jack but i dont wanna make another thread about same thing
i take mine 1 upon waking, 2 mid day, and 1 night, I workout usually about 2 hours after i take the 2 mid day... Should i be taking it pre workout ??? and is it safe to bump it up to 2-2-1 after 2 weeks than 2-2-2 after another 2 weeks ?? im 5'11 250 lbs. i was thinking of running it 7 weeks with 1st 2 weeks 1-2-1 3rd and 4th week 2-2-1 5th and 6th week 2-2-2 7th week 1-2-1 and stack the last 4 weeks with novedex xt.
