    Is this a good Full Body workout program?

    I want to switch from split body to full body workouts

    Im working 40 hours a wek + 16 credits in college right now and im missing too many days for me to have a split body workout and i always wanted to try a fullbody. soo give me your opinion on this workout

    Monday and Thursday
    Squats
    Deadlifts
    Bent Over Rows
    Bench Press
    Military Press
    Dips

    Cardio if i can make it to the gym

    Also wouldit be possible for me to do this MWF or would htat be overworking out?

    If you can only do workouts twice a week, then this is okay. I'd just suggest you do squats on Monday and deads on Thursday, with a couple of additions, You could do deads both days, but Thursday would have to be lighter. Below is what I've done in the past when strapped for time.

    Monday: squats, benches, bent rows, militaries, dips, some ab work and calf work.

    Thursday: Deadlifts, chins, benches (a bit lighter) shrugs, abs, and some barbell or d'bell curls if you have any energy.

    I would NOT do the routine you wrote down three days a week; to me, that's overkill. The routine above should keep you going to the gym until such time as you have more days to devote to your training.
