Does your chest look bigger with a lower bf?

Im asking this because ok so my chest is average big right now, normal after 10 months of bbing and im currently bulking so my bf is about 10-14% but my chest goes like three centimeters forward more than my belly, so my question is if im skinnier and i dont have a belly like at 6-9% will my chest look bigger?

Pretty much everything looks bigger/better when you're ripped. When I was at 4-5% about a year ago, my chest looked huge (especially with a pump) even though I was much weaker than I was during the offseason.

i dunno I think chest looks bigger with a little bit higher body fat... but not too much

not always bro.....I am up to 210 rite now and carrying bit of fat too but I am getting compliments on my physique from the people who have been training with me for awhile......mine looks bigger according to my size
