to clarify things abit im wondering after i workout i understand you use your creatine stores and then replinish it post workout with extra creatine. so when i workout again later in the day my assumption is that again i will use my creatine stores and deplete them so restore them with another 5 grams of creatine? is this assumption correct or is this not how it works? plz correct me if i am wrong

I think it could depend on how much you weigh. For example, I think Ronnie Coleman's muscles can absorb more creatine than a 12 year old boy. Extreme examples, but you get the point. I've had great results taking 5g mono pre and post like somebody else mentioned above. Even if it is overkill and I'm pissing a lot out it's a cheap supplement and I know I'm getting all I need and it works.
On a different note, training twice a day is most likely overtraining. Even at 8 hours apart. I don't think more than once in a 24 hour period is necessary and more could be putting too much stress on your body. You're going to use some back while training chest and chest while training back. Give your body some time to recover after a workout.

Is this a one time thing or do you train twice a day on a regular basis?
Nonetheless, creatine should not be viewed as a pre- or post-workout supplement. It's about saturation and saturation doesn't occur within minutes or even hours. And logically speaking, just because you take creatine twice a day at different times won't double your saturation. And I don't think it will necessarily help you replenish again for your next workout. Creatine doesn't work that way:
Will Taking Creatine Before a Workout Give Me More Energy?
No, not exactly. Once again for creatine to work your muscle cells must be saturated with it. This takes at least a week to do, so doing it once before a workout will not make a difference. Now if your cells are already saturated with creatine then it will still not make a difference if you take it before you workout. Your body must process it first and that takes time. The creatine your body will use in the upcoming workout will come from the creatine phosphate stores already in the cells, not from the creatine you just ingested.i take it for granted that no hearer of mine will misinterpret what I have to say as the language of cynicism

Too many people woryy about other people overtraining, like they know the person. Training twice a day once in a while is not going to overtrain anyone, orf course it depend how intense. if they were 2 hour workout 60 sets each, ok, I can see that may be too much. Im 55 , lift twice a day sometimes, because I get anxiety and want to. Im not entering any competitions. I am allowed to satisfy myself.
