    Timing questions

    I have 2 questions

    1. Should I take creatine right after my workout before cardio or do cardio first after my workout then take creatine afterward?

    2. I've been on Nitric Oxide for more than 4 months (NO explode, white flood, SuperPump) and I think it would be best for me to take a break from it. How long should I stay off?

    1. personally i take creatine BEFore workouts and it's been great.
    2. try cycling nitric oxide products like this: 3 weeks on and 2 weeks off.
    ur body won't get too used to the product and it will be more effective.

    Take creatine before and after you workout. As far as cycling NO go for 3 months max and a month off and only take on days you workout. You are just wasting your money if you take it on non workout days.
