I want to compete at the Jr. Nationals! Help me out!

Hey, im gonna compete at the JR. Nationals in June and ive never done a competition before. Im currently 6'3 194lb and will be competing in the under 22 age group. Im really excited but right now im trying to make my body as symmetrical as possible and would love some critiquing on my body and some tips or help! THanks!!

Jr. Nationals? what Jr. Nationals? You can't compete in the NPC Jr. Nationals without qualifying first...and you qualify by placing at a National Qualifying NPC event...so if you've never competed before, that's not possible.

anyhow...be more specific.
