Hittin them macros.
So I'm thinkin about re-working my workout plan, it's getting too hard to get the cals I need without excessive amounts of food being carried around. I'm thinking of doing a 50/25/25 carb protein fat ratio at 3200 cals for weightlifting days, and a 40/40/20 at 3000 cals for rest days. What do you guys think?
