so im signed up for a competition march 21 usapl full power raw meet, but march 7 theres some high school meet some people want me to do where i would do squats with wraps and bench without pause and the 40yrd and verticle jump.
i was thinking about totally passing this march 7th meet up because im already signed up for the usapl meet and that one is way more important to me.
any advice? ditch the march 7th one or could you pull it off?
