    Kre Alkalyne: Take it on an empty stomach or not?

    I have a full bottle of Sci Fit Kre Alkalyne 1500 and I've been searching through bb and google for advice on my question, but have had no luck.

    I'm lifting at the gym within 1 to 1 1/2 hours after waking up in the morning.
    Is it better to take the kre alk on an empty stomach or after eating breakfast?
