    Home Made Pre Workout Drink

    hi i was planning on starting to take superpump and size on stack but do not want to take the super pump because of the caffiene. what are some ingredients to use when making a home made no pre workout type drink to go with size on.

    why dont you want caffeine? Its one of the best things you can take preworkout in terms of energy, focus, etc.

    im just curious.


    does that mean you wouldnt want any stimulants at all?

    i use same except i use glutamine instead of taurine.AKG form of arginine.never used cit malatate.i also was a caffeine user.but i wouldnt recommend it as you buiid a tolerance and eventually need too much to get a good stim effect.i think i also experienced adrenal burnout with all the side effects.i have been off caffeine for 3 weeks and have been using NOW l-tyrosine powder instead.800mg pre and still get great workouts.try that instead of caffeine
