So i just needed to check if my math is right, cause it really sounds like too much cals...
My height: - 1.83m (6feet)
My weight: - 97 Kg (214 pounds)
My BMR is 2175. (according to an average BMR value from several calc methods)
My TDEE is 3371. ( 2175 x 1.55 - i workout 3-5 times a week)
I lift weights 5 times a week, i also do some cardio daily and cycling 2x a week.
So from what i read, if i want to enter a fat loss zone, i must have a 500 cal deficit from my TDEE.
So i need to consume 2871 cals per day for weight loss.
Thing is, it kinda sounds a bit much lol. Or is it not?

Far to many numbers and letters.
Through trial and error find the amount you personally can eat and stay the same weight. Maybe start at 2800,
if after several weeks you are dropping weight at a steady rate then keep cals the same.
if after several weeks your weight remains the same, drop 500 cals.
if your weight goes up try dropping cals by 800.My powerlifting and death/thrash metal log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=141720221&p=843503391&posted=1#post843503391
