Diet Check
Hey, I just wondered if a few like minded and/or nutrionists etc could cast there eyes over this:
I`m weighing 230lbs currently - bf% not certain (around 12% i guess)
630am 8 egg whites, 50 gram oats
945am 200gram chicken, 100gram rice & green veggies
1pm 200gram chicken, 100gram rice & green veggies
4pm 60gram protein shake
730pm (PW) 30gram protein, 50gram carbs shaked
830pm Dinner (healthy homecooked)
11pm 30gram protein shake
I also chuck in a packet of beef jerky (12.5g protein, 1g carbs, 1g fat), two bannanas and around 100gram of raisens during the day (for the carbs)
i`m not looking to cut, simply continue to grow and get bigger. Thanks for all advice in advance!!

You're in dire need of fat in your diet.
What's the current calorie and macro breakdown?

If your trying to gain mass, why egg whites only? Eat the whole damn egg!
Where is the PB or atleast some Nuts?
Dinner: What does this "healthy" meal usually consist of?
Have you tried replacing a protien shake for some Lean Beef?

1) In short, i get extremly bad constipation with the yoke (plus think of the cholesterol)
2) i have actually just dropped a daily snack of two sclices of granery bread with pb on. the reason for dropping, is because i thought that the bread wasnt a great idea. any ideas what to have this with?
3) Ususally a meat and pasta/rice/potatoe dish with veggies. My mum is an exceptional cook so i bever have anything out of a packed or the freezer. caseroles, roasts, cottage pies, pork loins, everything and anything really
4) i sometimes chuck in a bit of steak, twice a week maybe but not that often. this would be alittle too much ?`s for me atm

I think given another post, i will add back my intake of peanut butter on a daily basis. i`m not ure off hand on what my calorie intake is. I know that im supposed to take around 3500-4000k BUT i like to focus on the grams of protein and carbs (alittle naughty i know)

In which case, how many grams of protein and carbs are you getting?
I'd include more fat sources than just the PB- if you have trouble with egg yolks, then things like olive oil, avocados, different nuts and seeds and oily fish such as salmon and mackerel are all sources of 'healthy fat'.
