I'm getting ready for a APF meet on April 4th, in Columbia, SC. If anyone here reads my logs please comment, make suggestions, whatever. I will be using bands throughout the training cycle.
My weekly training routine goes like this

Yea I am thankful, because everywhere around here is either laying off or closing down. Me and my wife have been working out togeather since we have beenb togeather, she isn't the strongest partner or spotter I have ever had but she is the most consistant. Thanks again
