Hey everyone

I've been here for a bit, have gained some muscle... but have not lost any bodyfat. In fact I suspect I have gained some.
My goal is 22 BF, right now about 24-25, weighing 118 lbs at 5' 4". I have increased my cardio, restricted my diet, fixed my meals around workouts and all... but no budge. I even make sure to change my diet every 2 weeks so I don't get used to it.
My next move is to find a fatburner. However I am sensitive to caffeine, and have tried too many to count that haven't worked (hydroxycut max, slimfast, nv, everything available at a pharmacy).
I am looking between hydroxycut hardcore and animal cuts as the next things to try... but what else is out there that might help this last stubborn fat?
SUNDAY and WEDNESDAY:
- 6 mi walk/run
- weights: upper body
MONDAY and THURSDAY:
- 15 mi bike ride
- weights: lower body
TUESDAY and FRIDAY:
- 3 mi walk/run
- 6 mi bike ride
- core training
