Looking for a good carb supplement. I've heard good things about Glycergrow but not sure when I should take it. Thanks

Aren't you exhausted after symptoms arise anyway? The roller coaster ride all day long wears on your body bro. And it doesn't get any better as time goes by. I started piling on fat, burned out my adrenal system.
That tiredness from initially going low carb goes away after some time, and I now have a more consistent energy level then I have had in years.
Its the best decision I've made in a long time.

Don't quote me but I believe your body will produce so much glycogen a day from protein when in a carb depleted state (layne detailed this somewhere). But my question is there something or a lifestyle interferance preventing you from eating carbs from food? I mean hell eating carbs is where it's at, best food source IMO period. Last thing I tend to supplement outside Dextrose.

NOW has a 15lb bag of dextrose for like 20 bucks or so I think. I just fill my old protein jug with that and 1 old protein scoop roughly = 40 grams of Dex.
Could try something like that and see if it helps, add it to a protein shake. Weight gainers are too expensive for my blood.Blog:

If he's hypoglycemic:
The most common forms of moderate and severe hypoglycemia occur as a complication of treatment of diabetes mellitus treated with insulin or less frequently with certain oral medications. Hypoglycemia is usually treated by the ingestion or administration of dextrose, or foods quickly digestible to glucose.Blog:
