BCAAs+EAAs instead of whey preworkout?

I wanna throw some BCAAs and EAAs in my preworkout (creatine+NO) shake. I don't want to have to drink a whey shake aswell....would this be alright for preworkout? Or do I need ALL the aminos from the whey?

P.S. I do rugby/swimming after school everyday so I have to walk to gym afterwards, time is tight and I have to slam the shakes fast.

Whey is protein and protein is chains of amino acids. There's the science study for the day, to my knowledge amino acids are better because they are readily available and don't have to be broken done like protein.
You can add the aminos to your pre-workout shake but I would save it for after.

I need the whey to hit my macros quickly and conveniently, but it would just taste horrible mixed with my current preworkout supp. Actually....who cares!

I believe taking free form amino acids (FFAAs) preWO is a much better choice than taking whey. Digestion can be an issue when taking whey preWO, causing bloat and will cause blood to move to stomach for digestion rather than in your muscles where you want it during the WO.

That is unless you take a product containing hydrolyzed whey (WPH) as the lactose/fat has been completely removed elimiating the digestion concern. Moreover, WPH will cause you to ingest both FFAAs and peptides.
