First supp.
I picked up some Wider Whey protein today with a shaker bottle,
This is my first supp of any sort, here are the nutritional facts, does it look any good?
it says mix with 300ml water, is that ideal?

Yea man thats fine. Protien IS strictly protien. Yes you can add it with milk also. If your looking to put on more lean mass have a shake 2 times a day maybe even 3. I see your 14 so if you miss breakfast have a shake before school. Have one 2 hours prior to wokrout and post workout. Or don't have the shake before your workout and just take it before bed because you don't want to fast when you go to bed.
Cliffs:
If your not gonna make breakfast= Protien shake
Pre-workout= Protien shake if you have not had enough food(s)
Post workout= Protien shake
Before bed=protien shake( with water) you don't wanna gain anything bad because your sleeping and your not going to be active.

try to get as many whole foods as possibly in before relying on this. absorption is alot better with whole foods. A whey protein is good, but only take it when you need it.

Always have enough food
Post workout= Protien shake
This

I would say with milk, because milk has caseinate protein

Weider supps are all gross IMO, next time try scivation, or ultra peptide, or isoflex pb choc if you want to spend some money (my faves, maybe not other ppls)

use BCAA as your source of protein during and after workout if you can. I will see if i can dig up the articles but there is benefit to it versus whey shake.
