Questions about reps ??
Hey im kinda confused on this topic, what would build more mass rather than strength, high reps with medium weight or heavy weight with low reps...
or can anyone tell me the best rep range to build mass, i rather it look like i can bench 350 LBS but only can lift 250, thanx guys...

the best BB rep range is around 5-10 reps. 1-5 is for strength and 12+ is cardio endurance type thing

5'10, 165. He's 14, 3 years younger than you and only 7 pounds lighter. I'd be careful who you diss. By the time he's 17 he's probably going to look like a mudafkin giant to you.

I was reffering to your comment lower reps with more weight makes you cut.
It's bull****. The BIGGEST broscience around. Don't even try to stand up for it mate, I'm serious.
Do some real research into it.
Edit: Apologies, I MEANT to type "higher reps with lower weight".
It's still far to early in the morning for us Aussies.

Yeah no my bad, that was a typo.
I know what you meant.
Lower weight with higher reps is a common myth. It doesn't make you cut.
Sorry for the typo tho ^^
