Quick 11oxo/11 test question

The dosage for a bridge is 3 caps twice daily. But if the half life of 11oxo is only 4-5 hours (according to the official 11oxo thread), would it be better to just take 2 caps 3 times daily?

It doesnt matter for 11oxo. End result is the same.

If you take more pills but less frequent, you acheive higher plasma levels faster.

If you take less, you wont get the high plasma level as fast, but the frequent dosing will keep plasma levels steady.

Yes it does; more bioavailability if taken at three caps, twice per day
