Searching will take a lot less time than to just wait for someone to reply to your thread. Plus you're helping yourself and being productive with your time, instead of being lazy and relying on other people.
What kind of 14-year-old "doesn't have time"? Like you have a busy schedule? Shoot.Last edited by stella summers; 01-19-2007 at 12:01 PM.

If you want to kill yourself while doing this exercise, add in the lift (standing military press) and youll get fatigued even faster.
Great exercise

But youre 14... Lol. You dont have to work,do hard hw, cook for yourself, drive yourself places and have responsibilities such as someone around my age.
Unless youre in a position where you have to help provide for your family, you shouldnt say that as a 14 year old, youre overwhelmed with responsibilities and have little to no time for doing research online.
School is only 7hrs and track is only 2-3hrs. Not too bad. And im pretty sure you do track because you love it ;D. Hell, i dont even remember myself being 14 it was so long ago >.<

Power cleans can work different muscle groups depending on how you do them. And no powercleans do actually work muscle, they are not just explosive speed lifts.
If your doing the lift correctly it should be working your traps and your quads.
Your traps are used when you do the pull shrug just before getting under the bar.
after the pull shrug you jump under the bar and push it up with your quads as if your doing a front squat.Best lifts

Squat 430

Yesss that's what I do, which's what I thought I was suppost to do lololol. I forgot you can just clean it up and bring it back down, without pushing it up over yer head etc...
It exhausts you like helllll Ill admit, and my forearm seemingly tends to snap or soemthing when I clean it back down...it's weird.www.youtube.com/flexxinator

Thank you! We're all refreshed and challenged by your unique point of view, you ridiculous little carnival freak. Dullard, do yourself and everyone else a favor: disconnect your computer from the Internet.
It seems your fingers not only did your typing, but did your thinking too. Have you considered suing your brain for non-support? Does your train of thought have a caboose? Anyway, who was talking to you or even taking you under consideration? To quote Martin Luther King, Jr.: "Nothing in the world is more dangerous than a sincere ignorance and conscientious stupidity."
You are about as entertaining as a child's inflatable punching toy. You bop it, it springs back, you bop it again and you forget it ever existed. It slowly deflates in an unused corner, then one day you throw it away. Why don't you close your mouth before someone sticks an apple in it? Maybe you wouldn't come across as such a jellyfish-sucking mental midget if you weren't an 'idiot savant' without the 'savant' part; if your weren't so fat that the elephants throw you peanuts at your local Zoo, or if you didn't have a face that people rub tree branches on to make ugly sticks. No, come to think of it, you would.
Finally, take a look at this map. See this little tiny island, way out in the Pacific Ocean? That's where the people who care live.b.s. exercise science, nsca-cscs

Wouldn't such a big and strenuous lift such as the power clean be great for muscle growth?
Everyone is saying it doesn't really work muscles and is only used for explosiveness, but tons of muscles are used somewhat during power cleans, so wouldn't it help release tons of gH and stuff?
And CaV, bravo. It's easier to get the single 10 at the bar, than one of the five 8s.
Healthy mind. Healthy body.

because u post stupid things for dumb reasons why you cant find it. i had school from 7:45-6:00 becasue of football. cooked for myself. then showered. did my hw and study. cooked more food. and i still had plenty of time. it doesn't take long if you dont get distracted. but apparently you do because you're such a busy 14 year old who has the weight of the world on his shoulders.
