Testosterone boosters ARE fine for females to use (I use IGF-2, Drive, and RPM, and are about to use Activate Xtreme). Some testosterone boosters will however, advise females NOT to use them, as sometimes ingredients can interfere with birth control/menstrual cycle (i.e. nettle root in Activate Xtreme), but these should have it written in the "Warning" on the label. You just need to find out about ingredients. However, it IS safe for females to use testosterone boosters.
I notice that you want to gain 4kg of muscle and lose fat. To do this you need to have your DIET set up right (i.e. not eating too LITTLE) and be training hard. Realistically, you are looking at at least 8 weeks to gain 4kg of lean muscle mass (provided that everything else is RIGHT). As for seeing your abs, that's all about your bodyfat; and that will be predominantly determined by your DIET.
If you are looking at supplements for muscle mass gain, then I suggest that you make sure that you are taking the basics:
* Creatine
* Multivitamin
* Good Fats
* Protein Powder
* BCAA's (many protein powders have these in)
Once you have the basics sorted, as well as DIET (I can't emphasize the importance of diet enough!) and have built a SOLID training base (i.e. resistance training; forget about cardio), then perhaps think about adding in other supplements (but not until then).
