    Maximum FOREARM Development

I've really been working forearms as of late because they look real impressive alongside biceps/triceps....forget mentioning barbell curls because they restrict form as i seem to work more of your back and shoulders. Heres my workout, what other exercises can i add to it?

    Dumbell wrist curls 1x20 1x15
Reverse dumbell wrist curls 1x20 1x15

Um, what's the weight used? Work the forearms HARD, that's how you get them to grow!

don't do curlz you are going about it wrong. Wrist curls will improve your ability to curl your wrist, it won't improve your grip strength nearly as much.

    Thick bar DL's ummm
go pullups on a thick pipe or bar

best way to get hueg forearms with godly grip

this a little bit different of an exercise, but I used to chase for a crane and hooking the cables was a beig forearm workout.

to do this (you can do it while watching tv) get a U bolt ( prolly 1 1/2 inches in diameter) with a lot of threads on it and (the more the better) and just screw it in and out as fast as you can. It will burn like crazy, and works a lot of the smaller muscles in the forearm.
