I was thinking of leaving out thermo's and getting ****tons of aminos for during and throughout the day...

look into supplement direct bcaa or eaa for cost effectiveness

Sweet deal. I was thinkin about xtend/purple wraath for intra....because of the drinkability (bulk tastes like ****) and the added goodies like BA and citrulline malate, potassium, B6, etc...

Now that my Mitotropin is gone, I'm just using a Multi, Whey, Xtend, ALCAR and Creatine Mono for a month or so until I add in another fat burner.
Xtend is 4 scoops during w/o.
ALCAR is 1g pre workout and 1g pre cardio.
