Side Delts Need Help!!!!!!!!!!
Need help getting that details in my side delts and to have them POP out, the line that seperates the side delt from the biceps and triceps. That make the side delts POP out!..need exercises and rest periods as well as rep range!...kep in mind im learning to isolate, because my traps take over, their huge, and give me a narrow shoulder look, I dont want that!.HELP NEEDED! links will help me out as well! i work shoulders every 5 days!
