I was 150 lbs, 20% BF.
I'm still hovering around the same weight, however chest has A BIT more definition (hey, can't see much in 2 weeks) and the veins in my forearms are sticking out when I work out. Also the underlying bicep vein finally shows under my skin, however it doesn't stick out.. yet. That's progress right? a drop in BF%?
My progress thread will be updated on Monday to mark a true 2 weeks gone by, and maybe some visual progress can be seen, however I doubt there's a lot, since it has only been 2 weeks.

Oh hell yeah man, hell yeah. But then again, if everyone could achieve it so quickly, people who are ripped and jacked wouldn't be given nearly as much credit for achieving what they have done. I just want to look at myself in the mirror in 5-6 months and be like "Damn, that was worth it."
Also, my weight hasn't been fluctuating, it's pretty much stayed the same if not increased by a pound or two. Why? I know I've put on a bit of muscle (more stretch marks near armpit/arms and biceps have gotten a tad bit bigger, as well as chest becoming harder.) Is it because I'm losing BF% but not true weight? Like, I don't know if I'm making sense, but I'd love to stay at my weight. I'm only 5"5 and 3/4s, so 150-152 lbs is fine by me, however I want to be at 10-12% BF.Last edited by Krytical; 02-07-2009 at 04:36 PM.
