if i was u buy some protein powder and carb powder. u get more bang for ur buck and u can choose how much of each u want in ur shake. imo

I'm a big fan of either Universal's Real Gains or Cytosport's Cytogainer. I try to stick to DIY Gainers as much as possible, but when I'm in the mood for a quick and easy powder I love picking up a tub or two of either of these.
