Keto; what to eat and what not to eat?

I'm a noob to this Keto stuff, and apologies for asking such a noob question. I understand the concept of eating fat and protein throughout the week, and then carb loading on Friday - Saturday.

But what I need to know is what foods do I eat during the week and what should I avoid, is there a comprehensive list somewhere? Link me to an existing thread with this info if it has been asked a billion times.

    Thanks in advance.

I suggest making your own sauces. You'll know what your putting into your body and i personally find it tasting better anyways.

Awesome site for people on keto. Forwarded it to the sauce section.

goldenstate - what do the asterisks mean?
it seems funny to list broccoli in the same "limited food group" as wine but it does say check the carb content!

to the OP, check on Mark's thread on this too. and to keep it simple:
unprocessed meats, eggs, seafood (watch carbs in seafood)
    healthy fats
    limited green veg

gravy is made with a thickening agent, usually flour...

peas and carrots are ok, if they fit into your macros but they are more sugary than other vegetables so really they should be limited and replaced with another veg.
