I take whey protein, pre and post workout,
N.O. supplement=Red Cell with creatine esther
Amplified Creatine preworkout
Cytocarb for golden hour after workouts
much fiber and a good diet
consisting of about 30%/30%/40% fat/carb/protein diet
I workout 5 times a week and want to show my muscle as I have size and a reasonable amount of cuts. But I want them to really show! Any tricks or supplements I can take?

to show cuts, a tan will help show them off, fake and bake if you have to
cardio and diet will drop body fat and show off all the hard work you have done, now for most cardio sucks!!! i like to HIT 2 minute warm up, 30 seconds to 45 seconds as hard as you can go, rest 1 minute to 2 minutes, hard for 30-45 seconds repeat this for about 15-20 mins. this helped me with cutting and getting rid of extra unwanted fat and weight.
started at 160 lbs bf% was high
7 months later 150 and low bf% dont know a number but the hand held bf% machine said 6.5% dont really trust it so ill say 8 to 10%
