Hey, I go to college now and am trying to bulk up for the upcoming lacrosse season. However it is no problem going to the gym, its just a problem of food choices. Only thing that really has any potential is the pasta. Can you really get big off sandwiches alone? Like any recommendations you guys have please let me know, so i can get this **** taken care of. How do you guys bulk up in college, using only the school food......and is it possible? PS I have slow metabolism and weigh 140 now.

I was in college for 4 years and had that problem. Jr/Sr year I had the means to cook my own food tho.
During the first 2 years, I ate whatever i could in moderation. the chef made eggs in the morning and chicken breasts every night, so it wasn't a problem. Sandwiches are a solid option. Just load a bunch of meat onto wheat bread. the deli meats in college are loaded with sodium though, so prepare for some bloat.Best Meet Lifts:
