creatine

i just read a huge thread on creatine i dont no all these scietific names for stuff not the best in science so i was wondering if the use of creatine for a long preiod of time is bad for your body....and if caffiene affects creatine cuz i take alot of caffeine

Yes you can use it for long periods and no caffiene will not effect it. However upon saying that, you need to make sure you are drinking at least a gallon of water a day if you are taking both.

ya u can take it for long time, i would suggest 3 months at the most. cuz ur body produces its own creatine so taking it too long wit out cycling on and off can cause ur body to b immune to it and ur body can eventually stop producing its own creatine. drink a lot of water. my friend was taking creatine and did not drink enough water and he had kidney problems

I've taken it for up to a year in the past without cycling and did not experience any problems when I went off of it for about 3 month.

If I remember correctly, I only lost about a pound or two when I went off, so it must have been low.
