    Yellow Rice

Is yellow rice still considered a complex carb? I've been eating yellow rice cause the restaurant I go to doesn't carry brown rice, just wanted to know if its better than white rice?

Yes, it's a complex carb for the most part.

not sure what yellow rice is.

but brown rice is barely any different than white rice.

    they are both complex carbs.

It's regular white rice seasoned and colored with saffron, or Spanish condiments.

It's used for paella, a traditional Iberian (Spanish and Portuguese) rice, meat and seafood dish.

Right about the brown v. white. Just eat more of another fiber.

    sounds tasty.

yeah, brown rice doesn't really even have that much fiber. truth is, if you're relying on it to get your daily fiber you're kinda fck'ed anyway.

It is a complex carb, thought that does not mean you may load up on it constantly.

Goya yellow rice tastes so goddamn good IMO, beats the taste of both white and brown.
