Is yellow rice still considered a complex carb? I've been eating yellow rice cause the restaurant I go to doesn't carry brown rice, just wanted to know if its better than white rice?

not sure what yellow rice is.
but brown rice is barely any different than white rice.
they are both complex carbs.

yeah, brown rice doesn't really even have that much fiber. truth is, if you're relying on it to get your daily fiber you're kinda fck'ed anyway.

Goya yellow rice tastes so goddamn good IMO, beats the taste of both white and brown.
