    Weird Feeling in Left Hand

About a week ago, I was doing curls and I feel this weird feeling in my left hand (kind of like a spirting feeling) and now every time I do a rep it happens when I'm getting to the top of it. I noticed that it's a little bluer (looks like a vein) in the spot where I feel it. I was wondering if this is anything I should worry about and change anything I'm doing to stop it from happening.

I have the same problem. I thought I popped a vein or something in my hand and it seemed like it was a blue blotch or something right under my skin between my thumb and index finger where it's flat.

I figured I'd stop gripping weights for a couple days and give it a rest so now I'm just doing cardio until it goes away. It's been getting better. This isn't the first time it happened and it always takes a couple days to feel completely better.
