What is your take on eating during a workout?
Sometimes midlift I'll be dragging, so I keep a form of trail mix in my workout bag to keep me going. Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated.
Thanks!

WRONG....bro when your working out the point is to shuttle as much blood and nutrients into your muscles as possible, because your tearing them apart. the LAST thing your muscles need is to be competing with your digestive system for blood( which you use alot of to digest food)...make sure your Pre workout meal has enough carbs to keep you going man...

Is 30 minutes enough for a pre-workout meal? I workout in the morning and eat 3 eggs, multigrain oatmeal, and have a cup of tea. I usually eat it about 30 minutes before working out (just like most people tell you to do) but I wonder if 30 minutes is truly enough time to really get the energy going.
I don't actually plan on waking up earlier though.
