Is this for online training or what? I saw a few typos, but nothing major.

I would look into getting a better picture of yourself, the one you have is a little small and dark. Just something with more light and engaging. Looks like a pretty good site though.

I would second a new picture. It's dark and not very professional or friendly looking.. and kind of cheesy looking too. You've got this yeaah I'm a bad ass with this tank top on - it just doesn't come off as approachable at all
Other than that it seems well designed

Change the background as well in your photo. The site looks decent though.

Picture
If you don't want to change the picture I say change the background to a solid color of some sort. When you get a more professional pic I say post it but a solid background will help.

as others have said, change the picture. You want something thats going to be inviting.
I have a website in the works at the moment (will be up in a week or so) and this i'm my picture i;m putting up of me.

I agree. This pic looks great (no homo). The traditional crossarm pose - whether taken professionaly or not - is getting old. This pose, on the other hand, is original and has lots of positivity.
So, Diesel, yor website is great, but change the pic to something like Jules'.

lol @ the "traditional cross-armed pose in collared polo shirt" stereotype

Nice site. As someone asked, and I wondered while looking at the site, is it online, local, what? You should mention somewhere on the first page I think so people don't get frustrated wondering if they are wasting their time perusing a site that is only training local Inuit in the North Pole. (no racist)
What did you use to make the webpage?

I just quickly glanced at your site DD, I agree with all about your pic - it needs to be redone over a plain background and with a big smile. I'd also consider wearing a more professional shirt like a Nike collared shirt. It'll show that you're fit but still very professional.
I would also get some pics to go with the testimonials. A simple headshot of the client would work, but before and afters are GREAT! People simply do not trust text testimonials very much these days.
Best,

Where did you get your main photo?
Not to sound like a jerk but also your personal photo looks way too dark, the background is unprofessional looking and you should definately smile in a polo shirt.
But the website is nice

I agree with Dr Clay about adding pics to the testamonials. Before & after shots work great.
What about adding a blog page?

I agree, hide the counter, only you need to know how many people go on it, but use it, if you're not getting many hits, guessing you've only got that many from this thread?
Then look up getting it listed higher on google

1. Take Off the Counter
2. Put inviting professional quality picture of yourself on the front.
3. Get rid of stock image on home page
4. Make clear what you are trying to sell. If it is local personal training, do not leg people think you are only online, you will lose business before you even get it.
Nice clean design though!
