I had him do high volume and low reps
For example, chest we switched mainly to using dumbbells and I've noticed it has helped him a lot because that is his weak area. Dumbbells allow your body to use your stabilizer muscles and also get a better stretch than BB
Chest day looks like this
Incline DB Bench 4X12,10,8,6
DB Flys 4X12,10,8,6
Hammer Strength decline press 4X12,10,8,6
Seated machine flys 4X12,10,8,6
For tris, bis, and shoulders we do 3 exercises
Quads and back we do 4 exercises
hams we do 3 exercise and usually we use the 4X12,10,8,6
His problem right now is he doesnt like eating. Before I was training him, he would eat once a day at night like around 1 am and it was usually a Steak n Shake cheeseburger. Now he's eating like 3 times a day and he has been on cytogainer. It has worked very well for him but I cant make him eat!! Arg! lol
I push him really hard when it comes to training.

He made that kind of transformation without a good diet? Damn...
What type of diet are you trying to get him to follow?

I know right? lol This kid has some crazy genetics, him and his brother does. Its so frustrating because he would be a lot bigger if he ate the way he was supposed to.
What I had him do his take his cytogainer in the morning and before the gym. I also made him get liquid vitamins to take in the morning. The only veggies he would eat is broccoli and he never ate fruit. When he was at our house I would make him brown rice and chicken/beef. But ideally what his diet was, was either taco bell, steak n shake, and once out of the day he would eat somethin healthy i cooked him. He would take his vitamins twice and cytogainer twice out of the day
I wanted to get him on the usual 6 meal plan with your protein, carb, and veggie. You know, eggs whites and oatmeal in the morn, then brown rice chicken and veggies for the 2nd meal and so forth. I didnt know that people who didnt like food existed until i met him lol
