    Just ate ALL YOU CAN EAT KOREAN BBQ.....good or bad?

    Well iam trying to go for a clean bulk....but me and my friends decided to grab some all you can eat.....marinated korean bbq at 11pm....and that shiz was BOMB.

    all i know or heard is that it's high in sodium and calories....but possibly high in protein...

    What did you eat? Kalbi will have a lot of protein as well as a good chunk of fat. Samkyubsal is mostly fat, very little protein.

    Since you said marinated BBQ, I'll guess kalbi. Not that bad. I eat it every other day.

    Did you wrap your meat in lettuce? If so, (BROSCIENCE ALERT) maybe the fiber will help you **** out the fat but keep the protein, lol.

    really funny to cause my buddy brandon (6'1 275) which is small for him now, is asian!!!! that shocks the heck out of everyone when we roll in...
